Beach Road will be closed to vehicle traffic from 15:00 until midnight. Therefore, if you are close to Beach Road, we recommend you to walk there. But if you are far from Beach road and do not want to drive, two pick-up and drop-off points will be set up from 15:00 until 01:00 midnight. The first one will be located in front of Wat Nongyai for access to North Pattaya and Pla Loma Roundabout and the second one will be located at Lotus South Pattaya for access to South Pattaya Big C Store and Pattaya City 8 School.

Although security measures are very strict. I recommend that tourists who will be using bags should be careful. They can keep their bags with them to avoid losing them and ensuring that they are not stolen.
Due to the constantly changing weather conditions in Pattaya. That’s why I recommend taking an umbrella or raincoat to protect yourself from the rain. When it rains, you can get very wet if it is heavy.
And also I recommend you not to carry any food or drink in your bag when coming to the festival area. The guards at the entrance area will probably not allow this.
